Q14: Cancel or change order?
Contact us within 6 hours of placing order. Once prepared for shipment, cancellation not possible.

Q15: Ship outside USA?
No – only US addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii; remote surcharges may apply). No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or territories.

Q16: Damaged item?
Photos within 48 hours – we will replace or refund. For freight, note damage on delivery receipt.
