No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories for large cabinets. Small racks/shelves may ship to P.O. boxes.
Undeliverable
Incorrect address, refusal, or missed appointments – you pay return freight + re‑shipping.
Damaged
Photos within 48 hours. For freight, note damage on delivery receipt.
