30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Cabinet: Must be unassembled, in original box, with all parts and hardware. Assembled cabinets cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Knife rack & seasoning shelf: Must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), in original packaging. No scratches, stains, or missing parts.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully. For missing parts, we ship replacements free.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Large cabinets may incur a restocking fee – stated at checkout.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions (freight pickup for large cabinets).

  3. Repackage securely.

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
